We can respond to most "how do I do this?" questions in seconds and can follow-through on our own PCs while we guide you to implement the solution.
Our specific areas of support are Windows-XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and MS-Office but we will do our best to help with any other PC hardware or software problem.
You will never hear "we don't support that" from Eurofile.
We have revised our charging policy and dropped the use of premium telephone numbers in favour of a simple hourly rate.
This enables you to give us a call, at normal rates, to see if we can help.
If we are able to help, our charge is £50 + VAT per hour with a minimum charge of 1 hour.
